Proven Success Using Unconventional Methods

New Dominion, LLC (NDL) utilizes a proprietary method for recovering oil and natural gas from existing reservoirs. Our method is to target areas where reservoirs hold oil, rock, gas and water in what we call strategic accumulations. These are unconventional reserves and they require unconventional methods to extract them. NDL has become the preeminent expert in a new method known as de-watering. By removing water at an extremely fast rate, the shift in pressure can pull oil from the rock. In this way, new oil fields can be created.

If you are a mineral owner who receives royalties on a well operated by New Dominion, LLC, you may have recently received a proof of claim form from the SemCrude bankruptcy.  New Dominion, LLC is taking all possible steps on behalf of all owners in the wells we operate from which oil was sold to SemCrude.  New Dominion, LLC has, therefore, filed a proof of claim on behalf of all the owners in those wells.  Please feel free to file your own proof of claim if you so desire.
