Michael D. Earl

President & Chief Executive Officer

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Earl is responsible for directing the executive leadership team in both business and community affairs. Prior to joining the firm, he held a variety of management posts for Bank of America ranging from senior vice president in 1989 to Oklahoma state president in 2008. He was also a managing director and senior corporate banker for the institution’s Natural Resources Group where he was responsible for consulting with a variety of leading energy industry clients across several states.

Earl is a 1980 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in business administration. In 1990, he completed the Graduate School of Banking program at Louisiana State University.

He currently serves on the boards of the Oklahoma chapter of the Nature Conservancy and the Thomas Gilcrease Museum. Previously, he was on the board of the Tulsa Metro Chamber, the Oklahoma State Chamber and the Indian Nations Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
