Phil B. Albert
Executive Vice President
In this position, Albert coordinates daily operations for the firm including fiscal and budgetary policies, personnel management, strategic initiatives and investments. His ability to couple appreciation and critical analysis have enhanced goal achievements and working relationships within New Dominion.
Before joining the company in 2004, he worked at JEM Engineering in Tulsa for 21 years serving in many leadership positions including controller, treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, and finally President and Chief Operating Officer. In his last post at JEM, his restructuring of the firm’s marketing efforts and streamlining of operations helped to triple the firm’s net earnings. Previously, he was an accountant and auditor for the consulting firm of Peat Marwick Mitchell, now known as KPMG.
Albert is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University in 1981 with a magna cum laude degree in accounting. He currently serves as member of the Claremore Chamber of Commerce Board and is an avid supporter of education and youth involvement, United Way, Indian Nations Boy Scouts and the American Red Cross.
